Chroma Resampling

The blocks to the left of and including the Chroma Resampling block

represent the transmission portion of the model. The remaining blocks

represent the receiving portion of the model. O nce you have assembled

these b locks, you are ready to s et your block parameters. To do this,

doub le-click the blocks, modify the block parameter values, and click OK.
