Overview
The followi ng informat io n is for programmers dev el op in g applicatio ns that
use libraries or components that contain compiled M -code. These settings
are required on the machine where you are developing your application.
Other settings required by end users at run time are described in “Directories
Required for Run-Time Deployment” on page 9-5.
Note For ma tlab root, substitute the MATLAB root directory on your
system. Type
matlabroot to see this directory name.
Path for Java Development on All Platforms
Note There are additional requirements when programming in Java. See
“Deploying Applications That Call the Java N ative Libraries” on page 5-25.
Windows Settings for Development a nd Testing
When programming w ith components that are generated with MATLAB
Compiler, add the follow i ng directory to your system
PATH environment
variable:
matlabroot\bin\win32
